Honestly the best food we had in Lisbon. We tried a lot, but this restaurant was my favorite of the trip. The restaurant is very small, but our meal was delicious

Everything is surreal in this small family run Tasca in the most exclusive part of Lisbon: the name indicates a place of the future, while the facade, interior, music, menu, ambiance and service is a 50 year time travel into the deep northern provinces. The food was amazing! We had our hotel call ahead of us going there to make sure she was open since it was New Year’s Day. She stayed open for us and everything was made to order. Hands down one of the best meals we have had yet while visiting Lisbon. The woman who works there doesn’t speak English but we used google translate and communicated just fine. The fries were even fresh cut and fried. Highly recommend to visit while in town!!
